conceived in fire

I think today has the potential to be fairly kickass, or at least entertaining. Assuming Gee isn't hung over and passed out in Waterloo somewhere, I should be over at his place in an hour or two. Lazy Sundays are not only good, they are also Calvin and Hobbes anthologies.

Amanda and I saw The Wedding Crashers last night, and honestly, it was hilarious. I've never heard an audience laugh that much at a movie before, it was kind of cool. If you like any of the following things:

Old School
Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy
American Pie
Anyone who has ever been in an SNL skit, ever
Oxygen (the molecule, not the women's television network)

you'll probably like the movie as much as I did.

I talked Jarrett into borrowing my copy of System Shock 2 the next time I see him. I think he'll enjoy that game, it used to scare the piss out of me.

Hopefully Jarrett can come visit next weekend, as planned. It's getting all too close to the beginning of another school term, and time is running out.

And lastly, it's too bad that Sean couldn't take our extra Green Day/Jimmy Eat World ticket for this Friday. It would have been cool to hang out for the evening, but at least we found another interested party.
